Handwork Teacher
Patty Urda completed her Waldorf Certification in the Applied Arts Program at Fiber Craft Studio in Chestnut Ridge, New York in Spring 2019. She began the program while working at Oakland Steiner School as Handwork Teacher, and Middle School Art Teacher. Patty previously worked at Pewabic Pottery in Detroit, in production and education, and at The Anton Art Center in Mount Clemens, teaching children and adults. Outside of school, Patty enjoys walking dogs, gardening, and traveling.
