Parent-Tot ProgramParent-Tot Program: This program provides an opportunity for children ages 12 months to three years and their parents to enjoy a morning of songs, movement, circle time, crafts, stories, snack, and conversation. Children feel free to play with others while having the security and comfort of their parent or caregiver nearby. Adults benefit from being able to discuss parenting issues with others and explore the Waldorf approach to early childhood. Program Overview: These unique one-day-a-week programs provides an opportunity for children ages 12 months to three years and their parents to enjoy a morning of songs, movement, handwork, snack, and conversation. Children feel free to play with others while having the security and comfort of their parent nearby. Parents are able to discuss parenting issues with others and explore the Waldorf approach to early childhood. Typical activities include: outdoor play, circle time (songs, finger play, games, nursery rhymes), simple puppet plays, snack preparation, free play / creative play, crafts, stories.
