Parent-Child Teacher (Chickadee Class)
Lillyan has been active in the field of Waldorf Education for over ten years; leading parent & child classes, teaching preschool and working in childcare. She has extensive experience with crafts, games and artistic activities for children. In parent child classes, Lillyan combines RIE (Resources for Infant Educators)/Pikler method with Waldorf pedagogy. She is fluent in Spanish, German and English.
Lillyan holds a bachelor’s degree in preschool education and in International Commerce as well as completing classes towards a master's degree in Humanistic Studies. She was a member of the Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Program through the Antroposophic Center in Mexico (Cuernavaca) (AWSNA certified) and received her Waldorf teaching certificate through the Waldorf Institute of South Michigan (WISM) (September 2016).
Lillyan provides meaningful experiences for the children and shares a strong foundation with parents in the areas of child development, parenting issues and Waldorf education.
